Weymouth FC Ladies was formed under its current structure in 2006/07 and won the Dorset Womens League title at the first attempt remaining undefeated all season. In 2007/08 we won the Dorset County Cup and finished runners up to Purbeck Ladies in the Dorset Womens League. We decided to take promotion last season from the Dorset Womens League up to the South West Womens Football League Division One South. We enjoyed a tremendous season and finished runners up behind Saltash as well as winning the Bristol Soccerworld Cup and retaining the Dorset County Cup beating Purbeck 4-0.
