The Flourmen signed off for the season with a ninth consecutive victory.
A 34th minute Deven Ellwood goal had Whitworth in front at the interval.
Dan Spaughton added a second home goal three minutes past the hour and Jake Newman's 27th of the season a quarter of an hour from time sealed Whitworth's latest success.
Jared Cunniff scored an 87th minute consolation for the Nurserymen who finish the season in sixth place.
