Whyteleafe-s final league fixture was played on Tuesday 5th. May 2011 at their Church Lane, Stadium, Whyteleafe. Visitors for the evening were Sutton United who came away with a victory by three goals to nil. Sutton took an early two goal lead with Jonte Smith scoring on twenty four minutes and Ben King adding the second on thirty five minutes. Whyteleafe midfield came more into the game and a fine long ball from Dom Huell sent Chris Webster through but the striker hit high and wide when the ball bounced on the hard surface. Sutton came back but Ricky Borrett in the home teams goal was outstanding and the half time score remained 0 - 2. Manager Alex Peters made three substitutions for the start of the second half Sherlock, Lee, and Upson replacing Malyon,Bakhit and Stripp. Sutton continued to attack and Borrett in Goal again made some outstanding saves. Sutton United increased their lead on 55minutes when substitute Josh Olufemi shot home from close range. Whyteleafe continued to play good football but Sutton United ran out worthy winners.
