This was the first pre season friendly for the team, away to Shevington . Alan Bevan's Team were a good test for the lads, we took an early lead through Paul Earnshaw. We scrambled a couple of chances, and eventually got the second from Matty Horne. This game saw alot of changes all over the park , with the new boys making there debuts for the club. There were good signs and alot of positives to take from this game . In the second half Shevington pulled a goal back, and started to get on top, and were rewarded for there efforts when getting the equaliser the game ended 2.2 and in total this was a good run out for the boys
