Report

Worden were good for atleast a draw here. But like always when a team comes at you and you switch off in the last ten minutes of any game you will be punished . As for Worden here tonight they did just that. And threw away a chance of gaining anything from this game. as sure as you could be joe's team from coppull seemed to gain the upper hand in the last period of the game. This was indeed a bitter blow to the lads because in fairness they looked at one point to have taken all three points. But some very harsh treatment from the line found themselves off side on more than a few occasions, but thats football .What Worden should have done was roll up there sleeves and dig just that bit deeper..But there were good goals again from strikers Earnshaw and Kurtis Robinson .Who seems to be adapting to the team very well and looks a very promising young player.Worden had tonight limited substitutions and that may have contributed to the end result .But make no excuses Coppull wanted to get the points here and pushed Worden back for the last 12 minutes or so. The defence tonight looked a bit unsure about thereselves and to be truthfull.Worden had too many individuals trying to keep possesion for to long of a period.Dave Dewhurst made some good saves here tonight and in the Mangers view he wasnt to blame for any of the goals. What happened i see here tonight was the 3 factors we forgot.1 mark them tighter no room to play and creat space to shoot close them down early doors.... 2 communication broke down amongst thereselves and stupid picking at each other threw away there concentration... And 3 thinking that old same excuse why should I run if he aint bothered kind of attitude. But there will be games like this throughout the season and i am confident that these boys will bounce back and pick up there own individual errors they alone feel they made. its early days but Worden again must learn that switching off there guards on 80 minutes is never going to be enough.

Managers overall opinion.
Too many individuals trying too hard and also relying on the fact that other players will get there. learn as they go on mistakes and errors can be rectified if players are big enough to stand up and say yeh im one who got my game and our game wrong tonight and im better than this performance.
