I have been lucky enough to have been involved in football some-way or other throughout my whole life, playing at several levels in my earlier days and now being heavily involved in coaching.

After studying at Wolverhampton Grammar School and then moving on to the University of Birmingham to read Geography and Town Planning, I began to get involved in football coaching, enableing me to give something back to local primary school teams and a local under 10's football side.

After completing my degree I then decided to focus on coaching as a full-time career, gaining my level 1 and 2 in football coaching, which then opened the door (thanks to Nigel) for me to gain a position in Wolverhampton Wanderers FC Community Department, where I now co-ordinate the Wolves Development centre amongst other things.

During my time at Wolves many people have helped me, and I found a deep interest in high standard football and Academy football, which encouraged me to take my UEFA 'B' coaching qualification (which I am just waiting to be assessed on).

Nick Loftus was kind enough to get me involved in District and now County football, and I am delighted to be part of the excellent set up, with the players at both levels showing an excellent standard of football and a great attitude towards other players, the coaches, and the game.

I believe that players and coaches are always able to learn from people around them and find that the game is a great teacher, and hopefully we will have a great season with the District-and there will be many more to come.
