The youth section of Whitchurch United was formed in 1994 by Colin Dancer(now 'A' Team Manager), Paul Driver (Committee member) and Peter Adams (Under 12 Team Coach and Committee Member) with the support of Steve Smith who was Chairman of the Senior Football Club at the time.

Initially the youth section began with three teams (U12, U14 and U15) with the U12 and U14 teams playing in the Andover and District League (now Testway Youth League) on Saturdays and the U15 team playing in the Peter Houseman League on Sundays.

The present Under 12 team is managed by Paul Ford-Neath who is assisted by Tony Best, Peter Adams and Marc Rees.
