BACKGROUND TO THE NAME OF ZORIN INDUSTRIES FC.
The name Zorin Industries comes from the James Bond film A View To A Kill made in 1985.
003 is killed retrieving an exclusive computer chip from a siberian research station, and Bond tracks it to Max Zorin billionaire industrialist. Zorin is also the biggest psycho Bond has encountered to date, and intends to aggravate the san andreas fault and plunge silicon valley into the pacific, thus ensuring his company monopolises the booming computer market. Aided by Stacey Sutton, a seismologist, Bond foils Zorins plans, but not before Zorin has kidknapped Stacey. After a miraculous and daring confrontation with Zorin on the golden gate bridge, Bond gets the girl and Zorin gets a watery death.
Bond is played by Roger Moore the last time he actually played Bond on the big screen at the age of 58. Max Zorin is played by Christopher Walken. Max Zorin may have been the bad guy in this film but in the eyes of many Zorin Industries players he is the hero, and he didnt really die falling off the golden gate bridge but lives on and hopefully through football we will try and achieve his ambition of world domination!!!

ZORIN.

The cup final also saw Weeksie score the goal of the season to get Zorin back into the game.
